The Trump Network training program is a business plan with a mission to advocate for health and wellness while promoting a business model for financial success. Products sold are nutritious foods to aid in weight loss, customized vitamins, botanical infusion supplements, healthy snacks for children, and skin care cosmetics.

The health and wellness industry has three major segments, general nutrition, weight loss, and energy stimulants. The Trump Network products cover all three segments plus they’ve added cosmetics. Their main competitor is GeneWise a company that has done quite well without the Trump name.

Ideal Health was founded in 1997 and developed a good reputation. Donald Trump bought out Ideal Health in 2009. He has discontinued some products and added others to concentrate on the customized health sector.

The product line is divided into five categories.

Silhouette Solutions offers breakfast foods, snacks, soups and drinks developed to meet nutritional needs while curbing hunger, so as to promote weight loss. QuikStik is a line of energy drinks made with natural ingredients like ginkgo, ginseng, and green tea. Snazzle Snaxxs are healthy snacks for children, Custom Essential nutritional supplements are vitamins uniquely made for each customer based on the results of metabolic testing. Bioce Cosmeceuticals are natural skin care products.

The Trump Network has chosen to build their sales with network marketing. In this strategy, distributors are encouraged to recruit new distributors. Income is based not only on direct sales but also on the sales of distributors recruited. For example, if distributor number one, recruits 10 new distributors, who then each recruit 10 new distributors, distributor number one receives a portion of all sales made from all 100 distributors.
